Therefore, InvoiceNet allows you to easily produce and to better manage all aspects of your invoicing and billing process. Why is InvoiceNet so easy to use and so fast? InvoiceNet stores your company data, its logo, its PRODUCTS and services and its CUSTOMERS; you input them only once. InvoiceNet produces with a minimum of work, within seconds in most cases, clear, complete and professional looking invoices. It can be used to produce both product and / or service invoices. Billing by e-mail, InvoiceNet and the Internet I have a Web site. Can I use InvoiceNet with my site? Publisoft allow you to advertise your products on your Web site, to take an order from your Web site and to produce an invoice or a statement to be sent by the Internet e-mail. InvoiceNet offers very valuable management reports on CUSTOMER(S), PRODUCT(S) and SALES TRENDS to help you manage successfully your business with minimum operational involvement. Customers management How does InvoiceNet help me manage my customers? InvoiceNet allows you to manage your customers file and their individual credit limit. It also allows to perform powerful and flexible per customer and per P.O. number. Products, Services and Bulk products Does InvoiceNet allow me to enter larger information quantities in the software table? InvoiceNet supports up to 45 characters in many description fields (user profile, product table, customer list...). How many products can I have in the product table? I can have up to 9,999 products in the product table. Can InvoiceNet manage bulk quantities? InvoiceNet manages a maximal sold quantity of up to 99,999.999 with 3 decimals. Your choice of invoice's form may however physically limit this field. Invoices creation and modification I do the same invoices often to various customers. How can InvoiceNet help me? InvoiceNet has a new MODEL function allowing to automating the production of routine invoices. Essentially, you choose your customer, your invoice model and you save it all! Nothing is easier than that. This is ideal for an invoice (always the same) that must be done each month or for a company that often sells the same product. When I print an invoice, I want to be able to modify it at my convenience. Can InvoiceNet help me? InvoiceNet has a new print preview function for invoices (TEST) that allows to modifying it at will whenever you want to. Can I make an invoice from the customer's window? InvoiceNet has an improved feature to make an invoice from the customer's window. Simply click on INVOICE - NEW and it’s done! Can I make an invoice without using the product table: a unique case or a service invoice for example? InvoiceNet incorporates an improved manual entry function for product or service descriptions. An invoice can have up to 999 lines. How many products can I have in an invoice? I can have up to 999 products in an invoice (or 1 per line). Can InvoiceNet manage large sales amount? InvoiceNet manages a maximum sales amount of up to $ 999,999.99 with 2 decimals. Your choice of invoice's form may however physically limit this field. Custom invoices and forms design I am looking for an invoicing software that prints either on pre-printed forms or plain paper at my convenience? InvoiceNet offers you a choice of more than 70 types of invoices and statements, on pre-printed form or plain paper. Optionnally, you can also send invoices and statements by e-mail. Does InvoiceNet support the international A4 paper format? Yes, InvoiceNet supports the North American standard paper size (8.5 x 11 inches) for both pre-printed forms and blank paper or the international A4 paper size for blank paper only. Can I use my own invoice's forms with InvoiceNet? Yes. InvoiceNet is designed to be easily adapted to your own invoice's forms. Some programming work is to be done by Publisoft. Your logo on the invoices Can I have my company logo on the invoices? InvoiceNet has an improved logo management function that allows using it with both pre-printed forms and blank paper. Taxes management I want a software capable of managing tax differences among products? InvoiceNet has a new tax status managed on a per product or service basis. So in the same invoice, I can have one or more non-taxable products, one or more products taxable by the first tax only, one or more products taxable by the second tax only or one or more products taxable by both taxes. This is managed at the product table level and it is always modifiable within an invoice. Does InvoiceNet manage the Q.S.T. calculation on the sub-total and the G.S.T.? InvoiceNet has a new feature that improves the tax calculation and reporting based on the sub-total only or the sub-total and the first tax. Customers payment and discounts Does InvoiceNet manages customers payments and credit limits? InvoiceNet registers each customer payments and credit limit information. Does InvoiceNet allow me to automatically manage payment discounts (2% 10, net 30, for example) and payment terms? InvoiceNet incorporates a function that automatically calculates payment discount, if applicable, and a past due automatic function based on each invoice term of payments.  |
